Color follows taste, not the other way around
Every roof has its own colour logic. The tiles were chosen deliberately — to match the brick, to complement the render, to satisfy a planning requirement, or simply to reflect personal taste. Standard solar products ignore that logic entirely. They arrive in one or two finishes and ask the building to adapt. Spectrum works the other way around.
ANY COLOR
Perfect color technology
Using Solinso’s colour-matching process, Spectrum solar roof tiles can be produced in virtually any colour, shade or custom reference. For projects with specific requirements, we can go even further: a pale yellow for a seaside home, an olive green for a roof in a wooded area, or a colour developed based on a sample you provide. The tiles are produced according to your reference and checked for consistency.
For which projects are Spectrum solar roof tiles suitable?
- New-build and architect-designed homes: solar energy can be specified from the outset, as part of the roof’s colour scheme.
- Project-based housing development: property developers standardise solar panels across multiple residential units to a single agreed standard.
- Heritage and restoration projects: consultants and planners find a colour that complies with heritage guidelines, without ruling out renewable energy.
- Renovations and homes with non-standard roof colours: a weathered clay colour or a regional roof tile colour not available as a standard product.
-
Bespoke projects: a bespoke colour, developed based on your own sample.
State-of-the-art technology beneath every colour
Beneath every colour lies the same high-quality solar roof tile from the Solinso range. Spectrum is built using M10 TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cells, precisely tailored to the roof tile profile and fully integrated with the surrounding roofing material. The colour is the variable; everything else remains constant.
Spectrum-1500: 90 Wp, 193 W/m²

Bespoke solutions for architecture and design
For architects and designers, roof colour is a design choice, not an afterthought. With bespoke Spectrum solar roof tiles, the colour palette remains intact and solar energy is not an afterthought. For homeowners, this means that opting for solar energy no longer requires a visual compromise: the roof looks like a well-considered design feature rather than something added as an afterthought.
Developed for colour and quality
Solinso develops solar roof tiles that are designed to match existing roof tile profiles and colours. Each colour is checked for consistency before the tiles are delivered. Find out why roof design is just as important as energy yield.
